What is resveratrol?
Resveratrol is a type of chemical compound classified under the general rubric of stilbenes. Perhaps you are familiar with the fact that grapes are a widely used source of resveratrol. Grape products that have the lowest amount of resveratrol are white wine and rose wine. Wines which has darker color represent that the alcohol had been in contact with the skin of the grapes and more resveratrol is present. For those who don’t prefer red wine, red grape juice makes a good alternative. (or carbonated juice drinks)

However, once the peanuts are boiled, their resveratrol level is elevated to an amazing 1.28 mg per cup. You can choose to eat grapes,but they will not give you alot of resveratrol.
