Have you seen the Kindle online book reader? It is a portable and wireless electronic device that allows you to download books, magazines, and even read some websites from almost anywhere. It reminds me of those electronic pads on Star Trek, and I’m sure if I had one it would be my 2nd favorite gadget. Well, maybe it would be my 3rd favorite electronic gadget. So why haven’t I gotten my own Kindle yet? Well, I’m still recovering from all of the holiday purchases I made for my family, and at $359 – I have to consider when it will fit in my budget. My kids are stocked with IPODS, and I did get a modestly sized HDTV for the living room (Hey, it was on sale!). But I’m sure that buying a Kindle will be in my plans in the near future!
